Salta constantemente a los titulares period\u00edsticos, como reflejo total de la realidad, que la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa con capital privado est\u00e1 creciendo a pasos agigantados en Espa\u00f1a. DEXTER<\/em> ha sido parte protagonista de este proceso desde su fundaci\u00f3n hace ya un lustro, como gestor e intermediario financiero, como representante en Espa\u00f1a de m\u00e1s de treinta fondos de inversi\u00f3n, fondos deuda y private equity. <\/span><\/p>\n

La financiaci\u00f3n bancaria tradicional sigue abarcando m\u00e1s del 80% del mercado en nuestro pa\u00eds, pero cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s en el tejido empresarial se despierta la necesidad de obtener capital a trav\u00e9s de fondos, como instrumento que dota a las operaciones de agilidad y rapidez. A\u00fan no llegamos a los niveles de Reino Unido, Francia o Alemania, donde las cuotas de financiaci\u00f3n alternativa ocupan un espacio mucho m\u00e1s significativo que en Espa\u00f1a, pero la tendencia es clara y dif\u00edcilmente parece reversible en el corto plazo. <\/span><\/p>\n

El empresario, por otra parte, tiende a dotarse de estructuras que le den seguridad y que no pasan por confiarlo todo a \u00fanica herramienta financiera, de modo que el capital privado se instituye en un complemento perfecto a la financiaci\u00f3n que se puede obtener de entidades tradicionales. <\/span><\/p>\n

Avdelningen f\u00f6r riskanalys vid DEXTER<\/em>, su Director, Jos\u00e9 Enrique Chasserot lo percibe en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda: \u201cha ganado mucho terreno el empresario que busca en la financiaci\u00f3n alternativa un complemento, una soluci\u00f3n personalizada en la que tiene muy claro cu\u00e1l es el periodo de amortizaci\u00f3n al que puede acoplarse y que necesita. Es una cuesti\u00f3n, en muchos casos, de flexibilidad y de apertura de miras por parte de quien tiene en sus manos su empresa y su proyecto. The fact that alternative financing with private equity is growing by leaps and bounds in Spain is constantly hitting the headlines, reflecting the reality of the situation. DEXTER has been a key player in this process since its foundation five years ago, as a financial intermediary and manager, representing more than thirty investment funds, debt funds and private equity funds in Spain.\u00a0<\/p>

Traditional bank financing continues to cover more than 80% of the market in our country, but the need to obtain capital through funds is becoming increasingly apparent in the business world, as an instrument that makes operations quicker and more agile. We have not yet reached the levels of the United Kingdom, France or Germany, where the share of alternative financing is much higher than in Spain, but the trend is clear and is unlikely to be reversed in the short term.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Entrepreneurs, on the other hand, tend to equip themselves with structures that give them security and which do not involve entrusting everything to a single financial tool, so that private equity is a perfect complement to the financing that can be obtained from traditional entities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

From DEXTER’s Risk Analysis Department, its Director, Jos\u00e9 Enrique Chasserot, perceives this in his day-to-day work: \u00abthe businessman has gained a lot of ground who is looking for a complement in alternative financing, a personalised solution in which he is very clear about the repayment period he can adapt to and which he needs.
