Este pasado verano han trascendido datos que hablan de una excelente salud en el mercado del residencial en el mediterr\u00e1neo, en general, y en provincias como Alicante en particular. En concreto, en este caso la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda ha alcanzado su mejor dato desde 2008. As\u00ed, en la primera mitad del a\u00f1o, la provincia ha visto el inicio de m\u00e1s de 5.000 casas, un 77% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/span><\/p>

El agotamiento del stock que hab\u00eda disponible, por el boom de ventas de los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, y el mantenimiento de una fuerte demanda por parte de los compradores extranjeros han llevado a los promotores a acelerar la puesta en marcha de nuevos proyectos hasta niveles alt\u00edsimos. El propio turismo residencial est\u00e1 viendo el fuerte tir\u00f3n de los compradores de Europa del Este.<\/span><\/p>

Destacan los datos de municipios como Orihuela, con 693 viviendas iniciadas en la primera mitad del ejercicio, un 55% m\u00e1s; y los de Torrevieja, donde se empezaron a construir 525 nuevas residencias, un 247% m\u00e1s. En Pilar de la Horadada se visaron 296 proyectos, un 640% m\u00e1s; y en Guardamar del Segura, 264, con un aumento interanual del 125%. Benidorm, con 398 visados en el primer semestre, multiplica por nueve los del arranque de 2022. <\/span><\/p>

Este dinamismo, especialmente en las zonas costeras, ha tenido a DEXTER<\/em> como uno de sus protagonistas, en la medida en que la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha hecho posible la financiaci\u00f3n con capital privado, extrabancaria, de varias promociones residenciales ya en plena fase de comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

Precisamente Guillermo D\u00edaz, desde el Departamento Comercial de la firma, asegura que \u201cla situaci\u00f3n no sorprende, ya que la segunda residencia est\u00e1 acaparando buena parte de la demanda y eso est\u00e1 provocando que los proyectos que presentan a DEXTER tanto promotores como constructores vengan con el viento muy a favor: hay, en definitiva, una visibilidad de la amortizaci\u00f3n del pr\u00e9stamo con garant\u00eda hipotecaria muy clara\u201d<\/em>avslutar bolagets verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6r. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This past summer, data has come to light that speaks of the excellent health of the residential market in the Mediterranean, in general, and in provinces such as Alicante in particular. Specifically, in this case, housing construction has reached its best figure since 2008. Thus, in the first half of the year, the province has seen the start of more than 5,000 houses, 77% more than the previous year.
The depletion of available stock, due to the sales boom of the last two years, and the continued strong demand from foreign buyers have led developers to accelerate the launch of new projects to very high levels. Residential tourism itself is seeing a strong pull from Eastern European buyers.
The figures for municipalities such as Orihuela stand out, with 693 homes started in the first half of the year, 55% more; and those for Torrevieja, where 525 new residences were started, 247% more. This dynamism, especially in the coastal areas, has had DEXTER as one of its protagonists, insofar as the company has made possible the financing with private capital, outside the bank, of several residential developments already in the marketing phase.<\/p>
