En concreto, en este caso la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda ha alcanzado su mejor dato desde 2008. As\u00ed, en la primera mitad del a\u00f1o, la provincia ha visto el inicio de m\u00e1s de 5.000 casas, un 77% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/span><\/p><p><span>El agotamiento del stock que hab\u00eda disponible, por el boom de ventas de los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, y el mantenimiento de una fuerte demanda por parte de los compradores extranjeros han llevado a los promotores a acelerar la puesta en marcha de nuevos proyectos hasta niveles alt\u00edsimos. El propio turismo residencial est\u00e1 viendo el fuerte tir\u00f3n de los compradores de Europa del Este.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Destacan los datos de municipios como Orihuela, con 693 viviendas iniciadas en la primera mitad del ejercicio, un 55% m\u00e1s; y los de Torrevieja, donde se empezaron a construir 525 nuevas residencias, un 247% m\u00e1s. En Pilar de la Horadada se visaron 296 proyectos, un 640% m\u00e1s; y en Guardamar del Segura, 264, con un aumento interanual del 125%.
