DEXTER continues to strengthen its management team and forms a 'Hotels and Hospitality Committee'.

In its line of growth and expansion in all areas and sectors, DEXTER has taken a new step by creating a 'Hotels and Hospitality Committee', with the aim of giving greater impetus to a line of business in which the company had already been operating for the last five years, mainly by offering private equity financing to entrepreneurs in the hotel sector.

Along with the president, Yeidy Ramírez, and the vice-president, Alfonso Merlos, the new members of this new body of the company are Domingo Hidalgo, head of the Hotel Area of DEXTER; Jorge Garmón, founder and CEO of 'New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group', with 35 years of experience in acquisitions and promotion of real estate developments in Spain or countries such as the Dominican Republic and Canada, and focused on the repositioning and acquisition of high-end hotels worldwide with large prime hotel brands; Natalia Carina Santos, COO of 'New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group', with a great knowledge and mastery of business expansion in North Africa; and Antonio Pages, managing partner at 'New Line Palace Hotels & Resorts Group', with more than twenty years as a consultant and investor in real estate projects.

The company's president, Yeidy Ramírez, in the framework of a meeting held at the Club Financiero Génova, in Madrid, pointed out that "we considered it necessary, as the culmination of this 2023, to provide a more robust structure to an area that is so important for the company. On the one hand, we have incorporated top-level executives and collaborators, with great experience and a very high level of specialisation and mastery of the sector.
