"The quality of our our customers is steadily increasing".

The real estate market is at a pivotal moment of momentum, with an initial 2022 semester of great dynamism. This is the idea put forward by Yeidy Ramirez, CEO of

DEXTER Global Finance in an interview on Cadena COPE (Costa del Sol). "Marbella is a world reference for tourism; not only for urban development projects but also for everything related to congresses, health, sport... and also at a cultural level. And that is why there are more and more companies all along the coast that are looking for financing to grow", he remarked.

During the conversation, the company's top executive pointed out that "Malaga has become a spectacular city, in many respects almost on a par with Barcelona or almost above it, with business and technology areas that host more than 20,000 employees and more than 600 national and international firms.

Yeidy Ramírez emphasised how DEXTER provides "tangible, real and flexible means" for the expansion of companies. She also commented that "private capital assumes a greater risk than traditional banking and is proving the effectiveness of protocols that are equally demanding but more agile in their application; there are operations that banks do not reach either because of the amount or the deadlines, or because of the objectives of their financial products".

Finally, he highlighted the high demand for the bridging loan, for those who
have equity, assets, but need liquidity on a temporary basis. "The quality of
our customers is steadily increasing," he concluded.
