These are the conclusions of a report by 'Lucas Fox International Properties' regarding a niche market that is experiencing a "remarkable dynamism", with properties "selling for over 4 million euros". One of the reasons for this is that international demand "is on the rise", with "faster transactions and a strong interest in new build projects".
It is precisely in these new developments that private equity and alternative financing is playing a decisive role. We are talking about the Costa del Sol, the Costa Blanca, in general the whole of the Mediterranean arc... but there is another business niche there that we make possible: it is about bridging loans with mortgage guarantees, taking the property offered by the clients as a guarantee and offering capital that these clients use for one, two or even three years to cover specific liquidity needs".
