"Developers are more open than ever to alternative financing".
The vice-president of DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, has been on the microphones of Radio Libertad, in the programme 'Are Business', assessing the company's participation in 'SIMA 24', which is being held these days in Madrid. In this regard, he pointed out that "the real estate show is showing that developers and builders, especially in residential, are more sensitive and receptive than ever to alternative financing with private capital, like the one we have been managing in a leading position in the sector for the last five years".
In the programme presented by Roberto Rodríguez Manzaneque, Alfonso Merlos pointed out that "SIMA has shown that real estate is at an exceptional moment; this is what we have seen with collaborating companies, intermediaries and clients; and, in the same way, that investment funds have become a fundamental tool for launching new construction projects throughout Spain, especially in large cities and along the Mediterranean coast".
