“Los promotores están más abiertos que nunca a la financiación alternativa”
El vicepresidente de DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, ha estado en los micrófonos de Radio Libertad, en el programa ‘Are Business’, valorando el paso de la compañía por ‘SIMA 24’, que se celebra estos días en Madrid. En este sentido, ha señalado que “el salón inmobiliario está poniendo de manifiesto que los promotores y constructores, especialmente en residencial, están más sensibles y receptivos que nunca a la financiación alternativa con capital privado, como la que venimos gestionando en una posición de liderazgo en el sector en los últimos cinco años”.
En el programa que presenta Roberto Rodríguez Manzaneque, Alfonso Merlos ha puntualizado que “el paso por SIMA ha demostrado que el inmobiliario está en un momento excepcional; es lo que hemos constatado con empresas colaboradores, intermediarios y clientes; y, de la misma manera, que los fondos de inversión se han convertido en una herramienta fundamental para lanzar proyectos de obra nueva en toda España, especialmente en grandes ciudades y en toda la zona de costa mediterránea”.

The vice president of DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, has been in the microphones of Radio Libertad, in the program ‘Are Business’, assessing the passage of the company by ‘SIMA 24’, which is being held these days in Madrid. In this regard, he pointed out that “the real estate show is showing that developers and builders, especially in the residential sector, are more sensitive and receptive than ever to alternative financing with private capital, such as that which we have been managing in a leading position in the sector for the last five years”.
In the program presented by Roberto Rodríguez Manzaneque, Alfonso Merlos pointed out that “SIMA has shown that real estate is in an exceptional moment; this is what we have seen with collaborating companies, intermediaries and clients; and, in the same way, that investment funds have become a fundamental tool for launching new construction projects throughout Spain, especially in large cities and along the Mediterranean coast”.
