They accumulated a portfolio of pre-sales of more than 14,200 units and estimated, at the same time, that prices would continue to rise due to high demand. In short, the large developers are reasonably assured of a stable inflow of capital for their businesses in the coming months. But is the situation the same for other, smaller, entrepreneurs?

It is true that Spain is seen as a safe place to invest from a legal and economic point of view, and the nationalities of buyers have diversified and continue to account for a growing percentage. But not all developers have capital at their disposal at the moment when they have not yet been able to start building and do not have reserves or purchase contracts.
