"DEXTER, as a financial manager and intermediary, is developing a particularly strong private equity area for its clients".

Private equity will maintain high activity in 2023 despite the economic context, encouraged by the still high capital transfer from markets to funds, by the interest of international funds in the Spanish market and by the strength of solid and resilient long-term strategic sectors such as energy transformation, education, health and insurance... and, of course, by the real estate sector.

The conclusions report of the 22nd CapCorp conference, published a few weeks ago, is clear. It reveals that eight out of ten managers expect a year of normality. Among those findings, it notes that "It is going to be an extraordinary year for private equity in Spain again, there have been some very good deals, but it is true that the international economic situation is affecting investors when it comes to making decisions about where and when to invest and there is a certain amount of caution. That said, private equity is a sector that has historically shown that it is capable of dealing with even more difficult situations than this one".KPMG stresses.

On the other hand, from Allen & Overy, it is noted that "private equity still has a lot of capital to invest (...) there has been a lot of capital transfer from the markets to the funds"..

DEXTERas a financial manager and intermediary, is developing a private equity area for its clients, which will be particularly strong and growing throughout 2023, with more possibilities for entrepreneurs looking to expand their projects and their business. Even so, as the firm's Commercial Director, Guillermo Díaz, points out, "We are convinced that the core will continue to revolve around alternative financing operations in real estate: the purchase of land and assets, and an increase in developer loans, given the almost complete closure of traditional banks for this product and the numerous advantages that we are putting on the table for developers and builders".he concluded.
