DEXTER' consolidates its position as a benchmark for bridging loans in Madrid

With the latest operation carried out in one of the most noble areas of Madrid, the Calle Mayor - La Almudena - Palacio Real axis, DEXTER is consolidating its position as a financial operator that is carrying out, month after month, a large number of bridging loans with mortgage guarantees in the Spanish capital.

Through these liquidity injections, entrepreneurs can meet cash needs in their businesses or resolve unforeseen events and incidents, against collateral that is always supported by a real estate asset.

They tend to be operations with a maximum term of 12 months, which are often amortised early and in others are extended for a second year. And this, in a tremendously favourable real estate context, in which Madrid is consolidating its position as the leader in foreign real estate investment in Spain and reinforcing its attractiveness. The Community of Madrid receives, specifically, 72% of foreign capital in the sector.

The vice-president of DEXTERIn this regard, Alfonso Merlos points out that "Madrid is transmitting confidence in operations of this type, it projects a good image for investors, for funds... there is undoubted legal certainty and institutional stability, which is always a tailwind"..

The minimum ticket in these operations starts at one million euros, although slightly below this amount, it is possible to meet the specific requests of some clients, many of them of Spanish nationality but, in a high percentage, foreigners settled or doing business in our country.
