The commercial team of DEXTER will be present at the 6th Annual Real Estate Conference under the title "Perspectives and Risks, Financing Strategies and Design of Future Challenges", to be held on 24 June at the Palacio de Congresos de Cádiz, an event that will bring together the main players in the real estate sector and those who provide the financing for the development of projects.
The conference will highlight the threats and opportunities at a time when the rules of the game are volatile and the ability of real estate companies to adapt to change also involves the search, beyond traditional banking, for new forms of financing, such as those that come from private capital through investment funds, such as those that are part of DEXTER.
The company has made it possible to finance several operations in 2021 and 2022 in the area.
