“La financiación alternativa con capital privado tiene años por delante que serán muy positivos”
La presidenta de DEXTER, Yeidy Ramírez ha estado en el programa de radio ‘Ahorrar en tiempos revueltos’, en la emisora ‘Gran Vía Radio’, presentado por Jordi Paniello y con el asesor financiero y comunicador José Antonio Almoguera como colaborador.
La primera ejecutiva de la compañía, desde Barcelona, ha hecho un repaso al momento actual de la financiación a través de fondos de inversión y fondos deuda y se ha referido al futuro del sector: “la financiación alternativa ha madurado mucho, compañías como la nuestra están contribuyendo a la profesionalización del capital privado, a dotarlo de un perfil más corporativo, de más seguridad, y los empresarios observamos cómo ganan confianza en apostar por esta fuente de financiación”.
Durante el programa, se han repasado, también por el vicepresidente de DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, los productos y servicios más demandados y que van más allá de la financiación inmobiliaria. Así, Yeidy Ramírez ha puntualizado que mientras “hasta ahora nos habíamos centrado fundamentalmente en financiar a empresas en crecimiento, ahora estamos en un área igualmente fuerte de apoyo y de impulso con capital a aquellas firmas que se encuentran en alguna dificultad transitoria y que con esa financiación pueden reestructurarse y salir adelante”, ha concluido la primera ejecutiva de DEXTER.

The company’s top executive, from Barcelona, reviewed the current situation of financing through investment funds and debt funds and referred to the future of the sector: “alternative financing has matured a lot, companies like ours are contributing to the professionalisation of private equity, to give it a more corporate profile, more security, and businessmen are gaining confidence in betting on this source of financing”.
During the programme, the vice-president of DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, also reviewed the most demanded products and services that go beyond real estate financing. Thus, Yeidy Ramírez pointed out that while “until now we had focused primarily on financing growing companies, we are now in an equally strong area of support and capital boosting for those firms that are in some temporary difficulty and that with this funding can restructure and move forward,” concluded the first executive of DEXTER.
