DEXTER sigue contribuyendo, también, a la financiación de pymes en toda España
Solamente en la provincia de Málaga hay 57.000 pymes, de ahí que se haya consolidado como la provincia andaluza con mayor número de empresas. En 2023, alcanzó un nuevo récord, contabilizando exactamente 57.492 compañías dadas de alta en la Seguridad Social, lo que supone un incremento de 1.156 en los últimos 12 meses, o lo que es lo mismo, casi un centenar de nuevas organizaciones al mes. Esta cifra es la más alta registrada en un mes de diciembre, superando incluso la de diciembre 2019, justo antes de la pandemia.
Como epicentro de innovación y desarrollo, Málaga cuenta con una infraestructura avanzada y una red de apoyo empresarial sólida. De hecho, el tejido productivo malagueño se caracteriza por la predominancia de pymes, que representan el 85% del total. Hostelería, transporte, construcción e inmobiliario son los segmentos de mayor crecimiento.
No es casualidad que DEXTER haya apostado en los últimos meses, precisamente para impulsar este sector empresarial tan relevante, por la financiación a pymes, con préstamos que van desde los 300.000 euros al millón de euros, por debajo del que era el ticket financiero habitual de la compañía y que sigue manteniendo como el dominante y más demandado (de 1M hasta 150M de euros en una misma operación).
La presidenta de la compañía, Yeidy Ramírez, insiste en que “también en esta franja de empresarios buscamos lo que siempre nos ha distinguido corporativamente: trabajar con el cliente en clave de máxima profesionalidad, de transparencia, de seguridad, y por supuesto de cercanía y especialización”.
Si bien esta línea de préstamos a partir de 300.000 euros se ofrece a todas las empresas, independientemente del sector, son mayoría de demandantes las que operan en el inmobiliario, al ser más ágiles y rápidos de aprobar en su viabilidad los préstamos con garantía hipotecaria.

In 2023, it reached a new record, with 57,492 companies registered with Social Security, an increase of 1,156 in the last 12 months, or in other words, almost a hundred new organisations per month. This figure is the highest ever recorded in a month of December, surpassing even that of December 2019, just before the pandemic.
As an epicentre of innovation and development, Malaga has an advanced infrastructure and a solid business support network. In fact, Malaga’s productive fabric is characterised by the predominance of SMEs, which account for 85% of the total. Hospitality, transport, construction and real estate are the fastest growing segments.
It is no coincidence that in recent months, precisely to boost this important business sector, DEXTER has opted for SME financing, with loans ranging from 300,000 euros to one million euros, below what was the company’s usual financial ticket and which it continues to maintain as the dominant and most demanded (from 1M to 150M euros in a single operation).
The company’s president, Yeidy Ramírez, insists that “in this range of entrepreneurs we also seek what has always distinguished us corporately: to work with the customer in terms of maximum professionalism, transparency, security and, of course, proximity and specialisation”.
Although this line of loans from 300,000 euros is offered to all companies, regardless of the sector, the majority of applicants are those operating in the real estate sector, as loans with mortgage guarantees are more agile and quicker to approve in terms of viability.
