DEXTER intervendrá en un foro sobre inversión inmobiliaria y ‘nueva economía’ en Marbella
El próximo 6 de marzo, en ‘The Pool’ (Marbella) se llevará a cabo a partir de las 5 de la tarde el evento “PropTech and Tokenization in Spain: Opportunities & Challenges”, un encuentro en el que se abordarán los retos del mundo de la tecnología inmobiliaria, la tokenización en España y el panorama estratégico de los bienes raíces en nuestro país.
En él tomará parte el vicepresidente de DEXTER, Alfonso Merlos, junto a Moisés Segura, fundador de Tokeniza y Vicente Ortiz, Executive Managing Director de Vicox. La cita está auspiciada por la plataforma MetaWealth, que ha elegido España por ser uno de los mercados inmobiliarios más atractivos de Europa y pondrá el foco en la democratización de las inversiones, haciéndolas accesibles a usuarios con mayor o menor capacidad adquisitiva. De hecho, la compañía ha presentado en España una primera selección de apartamentos de Mane Residences en Benalmádena, Málaga, incluyendo áticos exclusivos.
