La CEO de DEXTER Global Finance, Yeidy Ramírez ha sido entrevistada en el programa de actualidad de Radio 4G Benidorm que dirige y presenta Leopoldo Bernabéu, y ha desgranado cuáles, a su modo de ver, serán las tendencias en el sector de la construcción y la promoción inmobiliaria en 2022.
Yeidy Ramírez ha señalado que es una gran satisfacción, en este momento, ayudar a los promotores a sacar adelante sus proyectos; “eso significa crear riqueza y, sin duda, crear empleo”, ha matizado, al tiempo que detallaba el modelo de la compañía: “financiamos proyectos de entre un millón y 150 millones de euros. Estamos poniendo mucho empeño en este primer trimestre del año en seguir con fuerza en Valencia, Alicante y Madrid, además de la Costa del Sol; en realidad, en todo el arco mediterráneo”.
