privado; a ello hay que sumar el interés constante, incluso creciente, de los fondos de inversión
por España, por las grandes capitales y por la costa. Y además nos encontramos con un
elemento nuevo y muy positivo: los promotores están viendo las oportunidades, las
posibilidades y las ventajas que les abrimos para impulsar sus proyectos. Es un escenario muy
favorable”.
