2022: La hora de la Financiación Alternativa
La CEO de Dexter Global Finance, Yeidy Ramírez se ha pronunciado en el artículo “2022: por qué es la hora de la financiación alternativa”, publicado en El Mundo Financiero, sobre las ventajas que tienen los mecanismos de financiación diferentes a los establecidos por la banca tradicional, en especial aplicados en el sector inmobiliario.
Así, ha señalado, en relación a la gestión e intermediación financiera, que “nuestros criterios para el análisis, para el estudio y la evaluación y para la ponderación de los riesgos de los proyectos son extremadamente rigurosos”, añadiendo que “aportamos un plus de creatividad, de flexibilidad, para poder dar salida y aprobar operaciones que las requieren, y es algo en lo que el cliente sale ganando, y que valora muy positivamente”, ha especificado Yeidy Ramírez.
